Hello ukulele players and musicians,

We are excited, to inform you that our Central Coast Ukulele Festival 2026 is scheduled for September Friday 25 and Saturday 26, 2026

A celebration of our 15th festival. All performers musical acts are welcome to apply for this happy community event only the ukulele can do. 

Once all applications are received we will draw up the final program and workshops schedules that will engage, entertain, and educate.  

We are pleased to present to you some of the very best experienced mentors to our workshops. 

Our ukulele groups collectives from near and far are ready to perform and entertain you. We have merchants, raffles, t-shirts, ukuleles, money tree raffles (winner takes all) fabulous food and great service from the new refurbished Diggers@The Entrance RSL.

CCUF this year has two main stages, stage 1 Lounge with new balcony and Stage 2 The Pavillion room (hooray) great view, so there will be no volume issues from either stage and both are beautifully appointed rooms. We plan to have an open mic, and ukulele jams and more. 

We have booked two professional sound engineers and assistants to make you sound your best and we have volunteers to help you on-off stage plus stagehands to help you plug in and change the mic covers.

Sound Stage 

What will be provided:

* 6 Microphones plus ambient microphones (if you are bringing/using your own, please advise our stage manager or helper up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled performance, not on changeover of act so they can advise our sound engineers and they can install for your performance)

To keep in line with our COVID/flu safety plan, all vocal mics will have disposable covers and be replaced after each act.

Please when your set is finished remove your disposable mic cover from mic and place it either in your pocket ( you may keep them if you wish) or place in bin provided by the stage.

Mic’s, mic stands and leads used by the previous act will be wiped down with disinfectant hygienic wipes.

*Our sound engineers are professional with years of experience.

*Identical sound PA on both stages.

Make sure your own instruments/ukuleles have new batteries if you are plugging in. 

Please tune your ukulele and instrument before you go on stage.

CCUF26 is a ticketed event, everyone will need to purchase a ticket to attend of $15  to help us with the rising costs of festivals.

The tickets are $15

If you feel unwell do not attend.

  • Each act is allotted 30 minutes which includes five minutes for set-up if it takes longer than five minutes your performance time will be shortened.
  • We have a very tight schedule, and we would ask you to consider the other performers and their needs to start and finish on time.

Our festival begins on Friday 25th September with our “Dinner Show”

Only two weeks to go to the happiest festival around The Central Coast Ukulele Festival. Come and see what all the fuss is about. with over 51 bands and 400 performers it is bigger than Ben Hur.

There is something for everyone. Merchandise, rock, jazz, foreign languages, fun, folk, indie, rock, rhythm and blues, country, old songs, new songs, creative, colourful and entertaining!

With the Thin White Ukes with their brilliant harmonies and Bowie style will captivate you. Come along to their workshops and learn a few tricks on your ukulele.

Join us for an evening of first class entertainment and music. Some of these acts will NOT be appearing at our festival over the weekend only exclusive to Friday night. Please join us and celebrate the opening of our festival.

Doors open at the Diggers on Friday 4.00pm for early show entertainment. Come in and enjoy a refreshment and the view of beautiful Tuggerah lakes. Show starts at 5pm!

Doors open on Saturday at 10am and runs until late Saturday night. All workshop tickets may be purchased at our merchandise stall either on Friday evening or from Saturday.

Workshops start at the “Clam Hall” at 10.30am and again on Sunday at 10.30m (in Allambie room)

Sunday doors open at 10am.

Please join us with “One Song Sing” on Sunday afternoon, a terrific pop up choir, run by The Sum of the Parts.

The Song we shall be singing is Pompeii by Bastille, more info on this soon.

We are running two stages at the Diggers Club.

stage 1 – Lounge

stage 2 – Allambie room

The third stage is for workshops at “the Clam” a white building diagonally across the road from the Diggers. You can’t miss it. We will have volunteers to help direct you. It’s a building that looks like a Clam (no kidding)  The venue is actually at the hall behind. They both are beautiful rooms with a garden which has outdoor seating that you are welcome to use, tune, jam or take a break in the sunshine (hopefully) from the amazing lineup of artists we have ready to entertain you. There is parking if you need to drive, however, it’s an easy 1 minute walk from the front door of the Diggers.

We will rock into the night with Mirrabooka Band, Lindy and the Losse units, West and young and The Thin White Ukes..
