The talent is getting better and if you are reading this and have not been to one of our open ukulele nights then you are missing something special. A great night out!
More to come next year the next open ukulele night is Thursday January 31st the theme is yet to be confirmed but I have a few crazy ideas.
We are winding down for the year with last classes for all areas next week and the last class of 2012 being Thursday 20th December.
First class of 2013 will be at Woy Woy on Tuesday the 8th and then all classes as normal, except for Lake Munmorah which I am pleased to announce that lake Munmorah will go ahead every Monday morning from 10.30am – 12.30 pm from Monday 14th January.

OPEN UKULELE NIGHT JACKS BAR ERINA FREE ENTRY AUGUST 30th 2012. Everyone welcome.
The last open ukulele night was so much fun. The next open ukulele night is August 30th at
Jacks Bar Erina from 6-10pm.
Raffles and a set list competition will be in place for the evening. Jane from Macron Music Tuggerah making us a ukulele cake to celebrate all birthdays in August and for those who we missed out on. Bring along your partners, family and friends, kids welcome. Share your talent with us on the night. We’re hoping the ‘4 strings’ will make another appearance, the ‘Ukcandoit’s’, the ‘Dementia group’, ‘Adam and friends’ , ‘djembe drum’ and our sing and play along all together sessions. The ‘Bar Boys’ from Jacks will be singing ‘I wanna Be Like You’ so practise that song so they can sing along to us. Please let me know if you have a song or three you would like to perform on the night so we can slot you in. This is a fantastic opportunity to experience performing, no pressure, surrounded by friends, or just come on down and have a brilliant night. We could also use this as a rehearsal for up coming festivals.
Hope you are all recovering from all sicknesses and operations and are back on track.

hello lovers of ukulele
I’m starting this letter a little late in the month due to so many things going on around me, so please excuse me.
Our night with Matt Dahlberg was fantastic and very inspiring and a great turn out. Plenty of food, champagne and good company, such a top night.
We performed at Woy Woy markets last Sunday 8th July to a great crowd and also had the pleasure of our local independent member and environmentalist Jake Cassar join us for a song. What a great voice that man has. Beautiful day, again, great company and what a troupe, you all played so well!
Next on the agenda is a few community performances for our local hostels and nursing homes next week. Nareen gardens Bateau Bay, Woy Woy, Point Clare and Henry Kendal Village Wyoming. If you are interested in performing these nursing homes please contact Heather at Woy Woy.
All Welcome
