Central Coast Ukulele Festival 21/22

Aloha wonderful ukulele players.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

After great debate, watching the current COVID figures rising and spreading throughout NSW, and with the uncertain duration of our lockdowns, there is virtually no prospect (or very little) at this stage to safely hold our Central Coast Ukulele Festival on 1st-3rd October 2021.

Our priority has always been to keep you all safe and to enjoy a festival free from worry and covid.  Perhaps by the end of the year, most of us will be vaccinated and out of lockdown and we can plan with clarity an amazing enjoyable ukulele festival. Due to our cancellation in 2020 and now this in 2021 we are determined that covid will not get the better of us or stop live music.

With that said we have rescheduled/moved (not cancelled) our festival to the 4-6 March 2022! We plan to have a brilliant safe and fun ukulele festival (as it was to be)  All precautions will be in place to assure you that we have your best interest at heart, all covid safe protocols in place that need to be in for our 2022 Central Coast Ukulele Festival.

Same venue: Wangi Wangi RSL, NSW

The weather will be warmer, longer days, and we will be able to utilize the beautiful waterfront that Wangi Wangi RSl has to offer by erecting two more outdoor stages and a jam area, we will include ukes in cafes and markets.

We will have the same line up of acts and there is always room for more.

For everyone who has registered we will play it forward.

If you have booked accommodation, I believe Airbnb and in fact most accommodation will refund you due to this pandemic.

We have left our decision until now as we were hoping the situation with covid would ease to enable us to get back to some live music. Thank you for your support and understanding.  We look forward to a great year next year full of live music and ukulele festivals.

Thank you for your understanding

cheers

Liz
