Hello wonderful talented uke players, djembe players, singers and harmonica players – let’s just say musicians!

yes, I have been a little quiet lately so this is just to let you know I am working hard behind the scenes.

Djembe classes are this Saturday 29th March at the 50 plus Leisure Centre cnr (old seniors centre) Albany Street and Henry Wheeler pde Gosford from 10-12pm … also the following Saturday 5th April same time.
NO class on April 19th as it is Easter Saturday.

These classes are fun, affordable, educational and open to all ages.

Beginner guitar this Saturday March 29 from 12.30-2.30pm Macron Music Erina.

Next open ukulele night is Sunday April 13th
Tall Timbers Hotel (all the family welcome) from 12 high noon until 4pm
This event is a fundraiser for an Orphanage and we’d really love you to come along with family and friends and support this wonderful fundraiser.
The theme is ‘Country’ so dust off and get out those Tammy Wynette albums, finds those Nancy Sinatra boots, Johnny Cash sideburns, Willie Nelson braids, Dolly up with a little yahhooo and we’ll supply the whips !!!!

Lunch special and BBQ available.

Open ukulele so bring along your music and sing or a few country songs.

We may have a very special guest – so watch this space.

All classes as usual this week.

I am thinking about a Youth Group or Youth Class as there has been a number of enquires.

This will be at Macron Music either Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon from 4pm

If you know any teenagers ages from 12-17years that are interested – this will be a class for them starting next term after school. We can incorporate younger ages this age set is just a guideline.

Cairns ukulele festival coming up soon – we’re ready and waiting!

No news on our festival yet – still working on it.

I am taking a eek off between Friday 18th April (good Friday) and ANZAC day.
The following week all back to normal (from the 28th April)

A big call out and get well to Judy Hadfield who is going into hospital for a Brain Tumour removal… our thoughts are with you and Ton, To Di and Don Sutton, Don suffered a stroke, To Dulcie Hope you are recovering well, TO Jan great to hear the good news.
